How to Start a Track Toy Sourcing Project with MIYTOYS

Prepare a track toy sourcing brief with your market, quantity, theme and packaging needs, then compare quotations and define the sample review scope.

Start your MIYTOYS inquiry with the destination market and expected quantity. Add a preferred theme or reference image if you have one. This gives the discussion a clear basis for product selection, sample questions and quotation comparison.

Step 1: Explain the buying project

Identify the country where the toys will be sold and the sales channel: wholesale, distribution, retail or your own brand. Add the intended price level, expected quantity, preferred timing and any important package-size limit. A target date is a planning input, not a confirmed delivery commitment.
You do not need to choose every accessory before making contact. It is more useful to distinguish essential requirements from preferences, such as a particular vehicle function versus a preferred package color.

Step 2: Shortlist clearly different configurations

Review Dinosaur, Police, Construction and Pink track toy options. Choose candidates that meet different needs in your assortment, then compare their actual contents. A theme name or a total piece count is not enough to identify a set.
Give each candidate one reference linking the product image, track layout, vehicle, scenery and packing proposal. That reference should remain the same in the quotation and sample discussion.

Step 3: Set the quotation and customization scope

Use the quotation comparison guide to record quantity, currency, delivery basis, packaging and carton data. If private-label work is needed, specify whether it concerns the logo, artwork, instructions, color or set contents. Discuss feasibility and commercial effects before approving design work.

Step 4: Agree what the sample will prove

Define whether the sample is for initial selection, function evaluation, packaging review or final approval. Record sample charges, shipping arrangements and timing when agreed. If the sample differs from the intended order, list each difference explicitly.
Use the sample evaluation checklist to document assembly, running, connectors, accessories and packing. Keep photos and video linked to the sample version, with a written decision and any required corrections.

Step 5: Close the approval record

Before an order moves forward, bring the selected item specification, final artwork, packing data, market document requirements and commercial terms into one agreed record. If a later change is proposed, review its effect on the sample, quotation, package and documents before accepting it.

A brief you can send

Keep your first email to four short points: where and how you plan to sell the toys, the expected quantity, the theme or product image you prefer, and your most important function or packaging requirement. Attach a reference image when it helps identify the version.
Read about MIYTOYS for company background. For each candidate, record the item specification, quantity requirement and project timing from the agreed quotation and sample discussion.
