Verify Every Electric Track Feature Before You Print the Box
Check model configuration, functions, included parts, packing units and relevant testing evidence before approving electric track toy packaging.

Which claims can go on this electric track box?
The buying decision is whether the proposed feature description matches the exact set being ordered. Before approving box artwork, identify which functions, vehicles and accessories are confirmed for the selected model and which still need evidence.
Start with the dated product specification, an item-matched component list and the corresponding product images. For operation claims, request a genuine demonstration or sample-review record showing that same version. An image helps identify the set; it does not establish every function, included part or test result.
See the existing electric track toy product pages as starting references; verify the selected configuration before approving claims.
Start with one model and one configuration
Record the external item number, configuration date and sample reference. Keep those references beside the quotation and artwork proof. If the set changes, record what changed and which documents need updating. A similar-looking product or a larger set in the same series is not sufficient evidence for the item being ordered.
Use existing product pictures as the visual reference and identify anything the picture does not establish. Dimensions, material, vehicle power requirements, accessory quantities and packaging details should come from the corresponding product record or a current written confirmation. An illustration used to explain a process should be labelled as an illustration and should not stand in for the actual product.
Check each function before describing it
Turn every intended packaging claim into a question that can be answered for the selected model. How is the vehicle powered? Which components move? Are the shown accessories included? Does the proposed layout use only parts supplied in the box? Check the sample or obtain model-specific confirmation before using a claim.
- Separate observed sample behaviour from a specification still awaiting confirmation.
- Match the photographs to the selected colour and accessory version.
- Check battery requirements and whether batteries are included.
- Do not claim compatibility with another set merely because the connectors look similar.
- Leave an unverified function out of the artwork until it is resolved.
A supplier video can help explain an assembly or function, but confirm that it shows the same item and configuration. Avoid combining photographs or videos from different models into a single set of claims. Keep the approval reference clear enough that purchasing, design and inspection teams can all use it.
Keep the component list beside the artwork
Prepare a component list that distinguishes track pieces, vehicles and accessories. Check the proposed total against the approved configuration and explain how pieces are counted. Do not turn a sample photograph into an assumed component count, and do not carry the count from a different size set into the smaller version.
Compare the front-of-box image, contents panel, instructions and quotation with this list. If an accessory is shown for demonstration but is not included, address that before printing. The agreed configuration should also guide the later packing check; artwork approval alone does not show that every production box contains the right parts.
Define the packing and quantity units
A set, a piece, a retail box and a master carton may describe different quantities. State which unit the price and order quantity use. Confirm the retail packing type, dimensions, units per carton and carton dimensions for the exact model. Where a mixed order or smaller quantity is requested, confirm whether partial cartons are accepted.
Sample quantity is not automatically bulk-order MOQ. Neither a previous quotation nor a general catalogue establishes the current minimum for every configuration. Record the agreed MOQ and any packaging or customization conditions in the quotation, then keep website and B2B descriptions consistent with those confirmed terms.
Match testing information to the item
Testing and documentation should be confirmed for the exact SKU, configuration and destination market. A certification label in a catalogue is not a substitute for checking the relevant report. Before putting a compliance claim or mark on artwork, verify the relationship between the report and the selected product, including the configuration, material or colour covered where relevant.
Age information, warnings and instruction text should also be reviewed against the selected product and its applicable documentation. If the required evidence is unavailable, keep the claim pending. This checklist does not establish that any particular MIY TOYS model has a certification or satisfies a market requirement.
Approve one version across the buying file
Give the final artwork, pictures, component list and specification a shared revision reference. Record the approver and approval date. Keep unresolved price, packing, availability or delivery items visible instead of filling them with zero or an old estimate. Recheck an expired quotation before turning it into a payment request.
The purchase file should make it easy to see what is confirmed, what has changed and what still needs evidence. This reduces repeated questions and gives the next sample or quotation discussion a clear starting point without inventing a delivery promise.
Use a claim-by-claim confirmation sheet
Put each proposed box claim on one row. Record the item and version, the exact wording, the source file and date, the matching image or demonstration, the reviewer, and the status: confirmed or pending. For piece counts, attach the component breakdown and state whether the total includes vehicles and scene accessories. Ask the supplier to resolve any mismatch in writing before the buyer approves printing; leave pending wording out of the final artwork.
